Book an Event at the Museum
Thank you for your interest in the Jordan Schnitzer Museum of Art!
Book your event at the JSMA WSU to gain exclusive access to the galleries after hours. With your rental, we provide the space, security, and access to the galleries, (with Executive Director approval).
Please read the following carefully and fill out this form to book your event. In submitting this document, you agree to all terms and will pay all charges relating to your event.
Looking for catering? We often partner with WSU Catering, or the School of Hospitality Business Management for events. See additional resources at the bottom of this page.
Your event is for 2-hours at a flat rate of $425.00 (student groups receive a discounted rate, please inquire). Your rate will include 1-hour for the event with 30-min set up and 30-min tear down. Any time over the 2-hours is an additional $75 per hour. All set up and take down is the responsibility of the event host; the museum staff do not offer these services. You must provide at least 2 people to assist with set up and tear down and at least one person from your organization at the event at all times (you are the point of contact for your event). The JSMA reserves the right to add a $50 cleaning or damage fee.
We do not supply parking passes for catering/on-site deliveries.
