The Buy-a-Busload-of-Kids program offers transportation funding to schools within a 100-mile radius to take field trips to the Museum of Art. As a result, the number of school districts coming to the museum has grown exponentially, making the program a huge success. In the spring of 2006, Gene Rosa made a generous contribution in the form of an endowment, honoring his parents, that essentially allows the program to exist in perpetuity. Because of the Buy-a-Busload-of-Kids program, both public and private schools in Latah and Whitman counties were able to come to the museum to view our recent exhibits. For some of these kids, their "Busload" trip is the first time they have stepped foot in a Museum or been on a university campus!
Simple Steps to Set up a Buy-A-Busload of Kids Tour:
1. Print-Fill out-Fax this Form for a Tour here →
2. Recieve a Confirmation from the Museum of Art
3. Bussing arrangements must be made by the requesting agency.
4. Visit the Museum
5. Inform Your administation office of the available bus reimbursment and to send the invoice for the bus to the Museum of Art:
